PRODUCT INFORMATION

SIZING CALCULATION: (Length + Width / 2)

 Example 2″ + 3″ = 5″  5″ / 2 = 2 1/2″ patch size.

TAPE CHARGE:  No tape charge.

MATERIAL: Washable twill material included.  Felt material add 10% to the unit cost.  Reflective material add 50%.

BACKING OPTIONS: Patches come standard with no backing.  Thermoplastic, heat seal (iron-on) or adhesive (temporary self-stick) backing add 0.20.  Hook and Loop backing add $0.90.  Safety pin add 0.50.  Button loop add $0.25.  Magnet strip add $1.25.

BORDER OPTIONS: Patches include a merrowed edge for standard geometrical shapes.  For non-geometrical shapes a laser cut or stitched border is necessary add $0.15.

THREAD COLORS: Up to seven thread colors included.  Metallic silver or gold threads add 30% to the unit price.

ADDITIONAL COLORS: Add $0.15 for each additional thread color.

PACKAGING:  Bulk packed in master polybags.

PRE-PRODUCTION:  $35.00 plus $75.00 tape. The tape will be refunded with final order.
